A deposit of £100 per person is required to secure the booking. You must pay the balance at least 1 month prior to the start of your visit. If you fail to pay for your tour in full 1 month prior to the tour start, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and your deposit will be forfeited.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must give us notice by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your cancellation notice we will follow up with an email confirming your cancellation. Your cancellation will take effect from the date that you receive our email confirming your cancellation.
In the event that you cancel your tour, the following cancellation charges will apply (the charges are expressed as a percentage of your total price):
• between 4 weeks and 7 days prior to tour start » 75%
• 7 days or less prior to tour start » 100%
No refunds are made for meals, services, or lodging paid for but not used
In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel the tour, we will fully refund any monies paid to Yorkshire Velo Tours.
